Your FSC Journey Starts Now
The Office of Student Support and Family Engagement takes a student-centered approach to the transition experience while introducing incoming families to all aspects of life at 泡芙短视频. By fostering relationships, we connect families to the FSC community and prepare students to pursue academic and personal growth opportunities.
Participation is required for all entering students, and parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Orientation provided the opportunity to connect with other incoming students in a small group setting. That initial connection allowed me to go into the school year with established friendships. To this day, we are friends. Other friends have shared similar experiences within their orientation group.

Finalize Your Enrollment
Please make sure to complete all of your enrollment to-dos. You can find a list of outstanding items on your Student Status Page. Ensuring all tasks are completed before New Student Orientation is essential to a successful start.

Don鈥檛 wait until you get to campus to get involved. ZeeMee, our social platform, connects you with old and new Mocs. Ask questions about life on campus, participate in monthly live events, and win FSC swag while making friends with classmates!

Review the Pre-Orientation Course
FSC鈥檚 self-paced course, 鈥淵our Southern Journey,鈥 will introduce you to 泡芙短视频 Southern and prepare you to maximize your Orientation experience. Earn badges while learning about your college home. (This course will be available on June 17.)
Meet Your O-Leader
Watch for a welcome message from your Orientation Leaders during the week of June 24. O-Leaders are upper-level students who will help you get connected with your new community. They share helpful reminders and tips and are available for questions. They also lead the small group activities throughout the orientation period.

Families
We look forward to meeting you at Fall Orientation. While families are not required to attend Orientation, we invite you to join your student on campus. You are welcome to assist with move-in and participate in family programming on Saturday and Sunday.

Living on Campus
Housing Form
Students who plan to live in FSC鈥檚 residential communities should plan to complete the Housing Form once they submit their enrollment deposit. Through the form, you鈥檒l share your housing preferences: room type, building, roommate, etc.
How we Select Your Roommate
Our Community Living staff reviews the information provided on the Housing Form and matches you with a roommate who shares those preferences. You can also request a roommate.

Move-In Appointments
You鈥檒l be assigned a personal check-in time and location based on your room assignment. Look for arrival information on the FSC Portal on August 1.
Shipping Your Items to Campus
We encourage you to ship your items to reduce the number of items you鈥檒l need to pack and make move-in as easy as possible. We鈥檒l share details on where to send your items in the summer.
