Learning is a shared responsibility. Instructors must engage learners by sharing their knowledge & experience in a way that students can understand while the learner must commit to being open minded and thinking critically about the content presented. I believe that a good nursing instructor not only improves a student's educational experience but leaves a lasting impression on their future practice.
